THERAPIST
Jackie Luciani, LMHC
My goal is to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood while also feeling motivated to learn and grow. I offer tools to help clients develop greater self-awareness, confidence, and the skills they need to navigate future challenges. We may explore not only the challenges you are experiencing now, but also the patterns, thoughts, and experiences that may be contributing to them. I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to each person’s individual needs, experiences, and goals.
I work with children, adolescents and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, parenting concerns, low self-esteem, or major life transitions. My approach is person-centered, and strengths-based while integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and practical coping strategies.
You do not have to wait until things feel unbearable to ask for support. Sometimes therapy starts with a major life event, and sometimes it starts with simply realizing that you are tired of feeling the way you have been feeling. You do not need to know exactly what is wrong or have the perfect words to explain it. We can start wherever you are.
